To build a recruitment pipeline of digital and non-traditional profiles for aerospace, earlier this year Airbus held a 3-day, online, interactive challenge. Designed and delivered by Petrus, the Airbus Digital Challenge attracted over 1,700 participants in under 1 month with 400+ talented final year students & recent graduates with a ‘ready to hire’ profile for digital shortlisted, and 100 selected to take part.
We had a brilliant time together and this award nomination is testament to the creativity and expert delivery of my fantastic team at Petrus together with the vision and collaborative effort of our endlessly engaged and pioneering client Airbus – a successful partnership since 2008 and one we’re immensely proud of.
